No cost estimate is available for a Low Build alternative that would combined "spot improvements," traffic calming, other safety considerations and perhaps a passing lane or two on the sections not crossing Fern Ridge reservoir or wetlands. It would be cheaper than the full "three lane alternative" and potentially affordable.
